Employer Sponsored Stream - Milestone 2 Claim Form

The Construction Visa Subsidy Program (CVSP) has been introduced by the WA Government to provide financial assistance for employers to meet the costs associated with supporting overseas workers to start their employment in WA's building and construction industry.

This form should be completed by employers once the relevant visa has been granted for the skilled migrant they are sponsoring. Please complete one form per skilled migrant.
